First day – 4 hours
Fundamentals, warm-up, and AI strategy.
- AI introduction 60 minutes The workshop includes a brief introduction to AI and generative AI, an overview of the most important tools, and guidelines for safe AI use. Next, we will present a selected AI assistant and its applications.
- Overview of AI potential 60 minutes Modern AI tools enable automatic document creation and content generation, as well as quick summarization of reports and analyzed materials. With the “conversation” feature of an AI assistant, you can intuitively search for information both within the company and in external sources. Artificial intelligence also supports business decision-making and helps solve the everyday problems of an organization.
- AI Vision and Strategy – workshop 2h 45 minutes During the workshop, we will focus on jointly building an AI vision and strategy for the company, assessing investment potential, and identifying the key competencies needed for the effective implementation of artificial intelligence. We will analyze possible applications and risks associated with AI, as well as define an individual development path for the organization based on specific business needs. The workshop will not only allow you to discover the practical possibilities of AI but also to consciously approach risk management and the building of competitive advantage.
Second day – 4 hours
Lifecycle, analysis of two investments, plan, and partner selection.
- AI lifecycle 45 minutes The workshop will cover the full AI project lifecycle—from problem identification to project management and evaluation. Participants will learn practical tools for setting goals and presenting results, gaining hands-on skills for planning and overseeing AI implementations.
- Plan and investment in AI 2h 15 minutes In this part of the workshop, participants will learn, using business case examples, how to plan AI investments, define implementation stages (WBS), requirements, and principles of cooperation with external partners. They will also become familiar with tools such as Amazon’s PR/FAQ and Narrative, which support effective planning and communication in AI projects.
- Selecting right partner 45 minutes Finally, we will discuss how to effectively select a partner for AI implementation—what to pay attention to during the selection process, which criteria to consider, and how to verify the experience and competencies of potential providers. We will also talk about how to build effective cooperation at every stage of the project to ensure maximum business value and minimize the risks associated with implementing new technologies.
