Understanding needs
I assess problems/challenges and select the best solutions in the form of online meetings/workshops. The result is a summary note outlining the approach in the form of a brief report. We define the strategic area of focus - cost savings or risk mitigation..
AI workshop
Workshop with the Management / heads of selected teams to build a common understanding and establish goals for further collaboration. The result is the AI Report indicating what actions need to be taken in the short and long term (to achieve these goals))
AI training for companies
As the first engagement of a broader group, we most often choose training with AutomAIze. For clients, a set of AI tools is selected, based on which employees are trained according to priorities. We estimate the time consumption and measure it before the training and then after 3 months..
First implementation
After building a common understanding of the potential and limitations and training the employees, we move on to specific operations/processes. According to the priorities from the Potential Workshop, we implement changes in the form of projects, such as automating the qualification of requests for proposals and preparing responses..
